As Head of Marketing at Penguin Infrastructure S.A., I had the unique opportunity to shape the brand from the ground up, overseeing the development of Penguin Group as a comprehensive holding company. This involved designing the brand architecture to clearly define and position its three core entities: Penguin Infrastructure, a hardware company; Penguin Academy, an educational center focused on tech skills training; and Penguin Lab, a SaaS company.
In addition, I crafted a marketing strategy that unified these brands under the Penguin Group umbrella while also amplifying their individual strengths. For Penguin Academy, I implemented initiatives to boost visibility, increase enrollments, and establish the academy as a leader in tech education.
My role also included driving strategic partnerships and collaborations, which helped attract top talent and gain industry recognition across three brands.

sTORYTELLING
Penguin was a brand in the making during 2022-2023, and one of the biggest challenges was sharing its vision, mission, and story. What better way to do it than through the art of cinema? With a fantastic team, we brought to life an 8-minute documentary that captures this emotional journey, aiming to transform Paraguay’s energy into human potential.
One of the projects we undertook was the complete development of the website from start to finish: budgeting, planning, content writing, design, and UX/UI.

From Paraguay, I led the planning and design of our stand for the Pacific Bitcoin Conference in California, coordinating every detail remotely with our international marketing team. We developed merchandise, videos, and a key speaking session, ensuring everything was prepared for the event. Finally, the entire team came together in California to execute our plans over the weekend. It was incredible to see how a global collaboration came to life so successfully.
